1. Return & Exchange Window

You may initiate a request for return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date of your order.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and Unwashed: The item must be unused, unwashed, unironed, and free of any stains, marks, sweat, or odours.

• Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

• Tags Intact: All original product tags, loops, and packaging must be intact and attached. Items returned without original tags will not be accepted.

• Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation must be included with the return.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays).

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will begin processing the following business day.

• Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Your total delivery time is the sum of Processing Time + Shipping Time.

• Total Estimated Delivery: 4 – 10 business days from the date your order is placed.

• Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, geographic location (remote areas), or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking & Communication

• Tracking Number: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to the courier partner's website.

• Updates: We will update you via email or SMS on the progress of your delivery, including dispatch and final delivery confirmation.
